There is no overhang when you load the weights, because instead of a loadable metal sleeve, the AdjustaBELL features a collar that screws into the knurled handle. This unique dumbbell has 7 centimeters of loadable length, though you can also purchase AdjustaBELL extension pegs with 12 centimeters of loading space if you find 7 centimeters is not long enough. The dumbbells have a weight capacity of 140 pounds.
